The following provides a brief overview of consultants, therapists, and mentors, along with an explanation of how coaches differ.
ConsultantConsultants provide clients with expert advice and suggested solutions; coaches do not give clients advice but instead listen to and support clients to find their own solutions.
Therapist
A therapist is a licensed mental health professional who provides treatment for mental health issues and emotional well-being, while a coach is a professional who supports clients to optimize their strengths and encourages self-directed growth.
MentorMentors are experienced advisors who offer guidance and support to less experienced individuals for skill development and long-term growth, whereas coaches support clients to develop their own self-awareness, specific skills, and goals.

Chemistry Call
You will begin with a complimentary 20-minute chemistry call to ensure we are the right fit for each other. We will briefly explore your current situation, unique challenges, and future aspirations. We will then finalize the logistics of working together (timing, length and duration of sessions, etc.).
Coaching Sessions
In each 50-minute session, you will bring a topic or challenge you wish to explore. Thought-provoking questions will help you clarify your strengths, values, and options to guide you forward. By the end of each session, you will have specific, time-bound, self-chosen actions designed to support meaningful progress toward your desired outcomes.

Coaching engagements typically last 3 to 12 months, depending on the client's goals. Shorter engagements (3-6 months) focus on specific objectives, while mid-term sessions (6-9 months) aim at broader development. Longer engagements (9-12 months or more) are ideal for senior leaders or major career transitions. The exact duration is tailored to the client’s objectives.
